Container and Quantity Supervision

  • External and internal conditions of the container,
  • If the container travels with the cooling unit connected from the packaging, a verification of the ventilation and cooling unit programming,

  • Verification of the packing list/invoice references,
  • Laying of the temperature monitors (thermographs), in case the client asked for,

FruitsOur supervisor will make an inspection by sampling the boxes processed during the day in order to quantify the quality of the final product and that it fulfills the quality specifications, the verified conditions are:

  • Packing pattern: weak packing, falling, use of the division, plastic bag, laying of the fruit, others,
  • Damages: dry scars of growth, scar by foam, maturity stain spekling, others,
  • Weight of the final product,
  • Temperature of the pulp of the fruit,
  • Fulfillment of the quality specifications.
